My Story
For over eighteen years, I've had the profound privilege of leading Holistic Coaching Services, a unique collective of four social service entities dedicated to dismantling barriers to independence.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by training and a passionate Business Coach and Marketer, my commitment has always been to fostering profound change.

Our work at Holistic Coaching Transitional Housing, Holistic Coaching Therapeutic Services, HolisticBiz Coaching, and our nonprofit Firmly Established, Inc. (a registered 501(c)(3)), is built on a simple yet powerful truth: a challenging past does not dictate a limited future. We've seen firsthand, time and again, the incredible tenacity of individuals and families as they overcome obstacles and break cycles of recidivism. Our proven track record demonstrates that with the right support, anyone can disrupt limiting statistics and achieve their fullest potential.

Having spent a significant part of the year in Trinidad, West Indies, we've been deeply moved by the extraordinary ingenuity and resilience of its people.
